How long does my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 2-4 business days from Pittsburgh, PA.  We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping time for US orders typically takes between 2-5 business days from the time it is sent out!

What is your return policy? 

Since products are made to order, refunds, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will happily provide a free replacement. Kindly contact us within 30 days of your delivery, and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
